IMG partners with the world's leading marketers and media networks to build their businesses through strategic consulting, licensing programs, market research, rights negotiation, sponsorship sales, program management and concept development.

In just 13 weeks, ERL helped IMG progress from a feasibility study to a completed outsource contract with a leading Technology Partner transferring around 30 staff in the process. ERL then acted for IMG to manage the chosen supplier to ensure that the service was delivered in accordance with the service definition and commercial budgets predicted.

As a result IMG fully achieved their objective of turning around the IMG Digital business without any negative impacts on their extremely important clients.

Music Choice provides multi-channel Digital Broadcasting, Music Downloads and Interactive Digital Music, 24/7 via Satellite; Cable; IPTV & Broadband throughout Europe.

ERL Developed and successfully delivered an 18 month Strategic Programme to enable "Competitive Advantage via Technology" for Music Choice enabling them to compete globally. ERL managed the Tender and subsequent major Transformation Project to replace the out-dated Broadcast Technology System & Processes (utilising an In House Team of 30 ; plus External Suppliers – HP and Microsoft) for Music Choice.

Nunet is the world market leader for TV Channels for Mobile and specialises in Video Management Services for Mobile; Broadband; & IPTV. ERL implemented new business processes and motivated Management to allow them to hit Project deadlines without increasing staff or costs; restructured the Management Team; & reduced the cost base to improve EBITDA for Nunet AG.
